Among the vibrant skyline of Metrotown's Eastern Gateway, a graceful white form climbs 34 storeys in a subtle pinwheel alignment. With its striking and pure rectilinear architecture, Ethos offers panoramic views from every home.

Ethos is a collection of 218 studio to three-bedroom homes with over 10,000 sf of curated indoor and outdoor amenity spaces. Homes and amenities are designed with purpose by Ste. Marie.

Working alongside Anthem, Common Ground crafted a full suite of over 25 marketing CGIs to capture the vision and lifestyle at Ethos.
