Positioned on the bank of the Fraser River, Fraser Mills is a landmark new chapter for the city of Coquitlam. Encore is the second tower in Phase One of the master planned community Fraser Mills, Coquitlam’s first and only waterfront community.


Through thoughtful visualization, our artists worked on capturing the essence of Fraser Mills’ beautiful waterfront location, providing captivating views over the Fraser River.

Working closely with the marketing team, Common Ground created over 20 CGIs for the project’s public launch.
