Designed with Institutional-Modernist principles, 102+Park by Marcon presents a striking contrast to its surroundings, embodying a future-forward approach to urban living. This landmark project features 376 condominiums, 148 rental apartments, and over 30,000 square feet of commercial space, including retail and office.


To bring this vision to life Common Ground produced over 30 highly-detailed CGIs, animations and virtual reality assets to showcase the project’s architectural vision and approach, interior designs, and the amenities that push the typical boundaries of what is expected in modern developments.
